Bright Triangles

Hello Sewcialists,

Here’s another new dress I made this week. The bodice was taken from New Look 6020, and the fabric has been in my stash for more than 18 years. I didn’t have enough black fabric for the flared style of the pattern hence i made it a shift skirt. I love how it turned out, but the next time i will add a zipper at the back instead of the size to take the ease out of the back  panel. I need to start making my commercial patterns on calico before cutting the good fabrics. I guess I will do it in the weeks to come…
